Making arrangements, your first contact

When you first contact C.W. Anderson Funeral Directors an initial meeting will be quickly arranged, either at our funeral parlour or in your own home, whichever you are happier and most comfortable with.

Each and every detail taken care of

At Anderson Funerals we take care of every possible requirement.

Whether you require a simple, small or large but dignified funeral, or are arranging and responsible for a service which will reflect the life and standing of the deceased in the community, you will receive help for each and every aspect of your arrangements.

There are many areas to consider covering the following:-

  • Where & when will the service take place?
  • Will it be a burial or cremation
  • Who will take the service? Minister, priest or humanist celebrant
  • Transport – how will the family travel to the service?
  • Newspaper notices
  • Catering & venue
  • Floral tributes
  • Personalised music & service sheets for the service
  • Arrangements for Cremated Remains

Once all the initial arrangements have been agreed and made our staff will liase as required to ensure all the wishes of the family are carried out to their complete satisfaction.

Additional Services

C W Anderson has a fully functional rememberance hall enabling both viewing to take place and funeral ceremonies to be carried out on the premises where required prior to burial or cremation and these can be arranged if required.

Where a non-religious ceremony is requested C W Anderson have contact with local humanist celebrant who are fully trained and registered, with the Humanist Society of Scotland, to carry out funeral services.
